Support

Help with Health access, ECG records, reports and HeartPro.

Contact us

Email support@heartpro.alkinum.com. Include your HeartPro version, device model, iOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not send health records, ECG PDFs or screenshots containing personal health information unless you deliberately choose to share them after we discuss what is needed.

This mailbox provides product support, not medical advice or emergency assistance. We do not promise a response time.

No ECGs appear

Confirm that an ECG is present in Apple Health on the same device and that HeartPro has permission to read it. A compatible Apple Watch and regional ECG availability are required to record a new ECG. HeartPro does not record ECGs itself. On iPad, availability depends on records already synchronized to Health on that iPad.

Open HeartPro → Settings → Health access, then return to the app and sync. iOS does not tell an app whether read permission was denied; an empty list can also mean there are no accessible records. Do not treat it as proof of authorization.

Browse without Health access

Close the first-use guide and select Try examples first. Example records are synthetic and remain separate from personal records. No account or payment is required for the built-in example mode.

Notes and Health symptoms

Notes stay in HeartPro. Only when you explicitly choose to save supported symptoms to Apple Health will the app request write access. This creates separate symptom entries, not changes to your original ECG. If writing fails, the local note remains available for retry. Edit or delete already written symptoms in Apple Health.

Reports and local data

Use the share button in ECG details to generate a PDF, then choose a destination using the system share sheet. Reports may contain sensitive information. Settings → Clear HeartPro local data removes local records, analyses, notes, and temporary reports. Apple Health records and files already shared with others are unaffected.

See the guide, data controls, analysis methods and privacy policy.

If you feel unwell

Persistent chest pain, severe shortness of breath or fainting require immediate medical attention. Contact local emergency services. Do not wait for HeartPro to analyze a record.
