Terms of use

Effective date: 9 October 2026. HeartPro is provided by Alkinum. These terms are subject to applicable law and preserve mandatory consumer rights and legally available remedies in your jurisdiction. The App Store version will be subject to Apple's standard EULA unless a valid custom EULA is specified in App Store Connect.

Intended use

HeartPro organizes existing Apple Health records and provides local, informational analysis, notes and PDF export. It does not measure a new ECG, monitor you continuously, provide emergency alerts, diagnose disease or recommend treatment. All automatic measurements, candidate findings, reference values and scores are not medical advice and cannot replace qualified clinicians or medical services. Automatic measurements and candidate findings are not clinically validated. A score, missing flag or normal-looking waveform does not establish safety. Consult a doctor before making medical decisions.

Requirements and availability

Use requires iOS/iPadOS 18 or later. Personal-data features depend on authorized records available in Apple Health on that device. Recording ECGs requires compatible Apple hardware and regional eligibility. Demo mode is available without Health access. Apple does not endorse HeartPro, and its ECG clearance does not validate HeartPro's algorithms.

Your records and reports

You control permissions and sharing. Keep copies of notes you need before clearing data or deleting the app; HeartPro does not back up notes to a developer server. Do not use the app to process another person's data without the necessary permission. See the privacy policy and methods.

Support and changes

Contact support@heartpro.alkinum.com. Product support is not medical care. Future pricing or paid features, if any, must be disclosed through the relevant store terms; these terms create no subscription or payment obligation. Release availability is described on the release page.
